Elements of a Perfect First Email for Online Dating
Writing any email requires thought and how much of it depends on who you are writing to. If it happens to be a lovely lady that you have never spoken to you better make it a good one. How to write an online dating email can be a very delicate process.
If you are copying and pasting a letter and sending it out to many gals, as to spread the net wide, you will write something that is a bit more general. But if you find a woman who’s pictures and profile just throw you through a loop you will have to put more thought into it.
The first online dating email you send to a woman before you’ve ever spoken to her should never have anything crude in it. If there is to be a sexual tone it should be below the surface. Plays on words can be fun. Another thing to remember is not to come of as desperate. Just like at any job interview, not only are they interviewing you but you are interviewing them.
When dealing with women the best way to come across is that you have some interest but you of course don’t need it. Don’t be a jerk, but have in the back of your mind that you are in hot demand. Women want what they seemingly cant have. So when you write that first online dating email don’t give too much away, as women also like a good deal of mystique.
Don’t lie to these women but remember that with the internet you can make your most positive qualities shine. As there certainly is online dating etiquette one must remember that just because you cant see the person doesn’t mean you can be disrespectful.
That first email should be lighthearted and full of spirit. Get them wondering about you. Get them saying “well, he seems like this, but he is also like this. I don’t know what to make of it.” You want their minds turning. Don’t write something that is easy to forget about as they get those constantly. Chances are you will not get a meeting with a woman after one email. So, that first one has got to get the fire started.

When first writing to a woman online keep it simple and maybe let her know that you read her profile. Write in response to what she writes in her profile. If she talks about traveling let her know that you are also an avid traveler. Always keep your writing upbeat and positive. And check your spelling.
Good luck!
